Household income & student status limitations apply. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security pay cents, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc.

The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify.

We are required to third party verify the income and assets of all family members applying for admission for the Tax Credit Program.  The Affordable Housing Program is governed by Section 42, Internal Revenue Service.  This information is used only in determining the eligibility status and rent for household members.  copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be at or BELOW the following limits based on household size: 1 Occupant: $35,760 | 2 Occupants: $40,860 | 3 Occupants: $45,960 | 4 Occupants: $51,060 | 5 Occupants: $55,200 | 6 Occupants: $59,280. * Reported as of June 1, 2020; amounts may change without additional notification, please confirm with leasing office.
